Grad Cap Toppers

We do not exchange or refund grad cap orders once payment is made we do NOT refund any grad cap toppers due to them being custom made for our clients.

When you place an order you have 2 business days to make any last minute changes. After the 2 day grace time when your grad cap topper is ready, we do not accept any changes anymore due to the topper being finished. Please confirm with your school about the colors that are allowed.

If you happen to want a whole different design, then the one you ordered Initially ,You will have to make another order for a grad cap topper, Please plan ahead.

You will be sent a draft before starting on your order, make sure everything is to your liking before i start, once i start there are no more changes allowed once everything is glued down, 

Please keep in mind we DO NOT copy any other creators designs if you have an inspo pic they are more than welcome but we do not copy!!

Please make sure all spelling is correct. What you write down is what im going to put on the topper. Please make sure you have everything correct 

if items come damaged i will try my best to help you out!

 Shipping Policy

All packages are sent via UPS & Via USPS

Make sure your address is correct, once packing is sent its out of my hands if address was put in wrong 

Shipping process and time depends on my wait time please check out description on my items to see what my wait time currently is.

Paper flowers are packed with bubble wrap, packing paper, and are packed very secure for safe and easy transit

I do not accept returns or exchanges all paper flowers are final, paper flowers do not have a refund option since all flowers are custom made for each client

 Lost or stolen items

Cynthia's paper flowers is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once its accepted at ups, Please contact Ups if something happens to your package, i will try my best to help you
