Graduation Cap Toppers Due to the custom-made nature of our graduation and cap topper products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items. Each order is uniquely created based on your specifications, making it non-resalable. Please ensure all details, such as measurements, colors, and designs, are accurate before finalizing your purchase. Placing an order

When placing an order, you have a two-business-day grace period to make any last-minute changes. After this period, we are unable to accept changes as your cap topper will move into production and be finalized. Design Change Policy 

If you wish to completely change your design after placing your initial order, a new order for a graduation cap topper will be required. Each topper is custom-made, and we cannot accommodate major design changes to existing orders once they are done

You will receive a draft of your graduation cap topper before production begins. Please review it carefully and ensure everything is to your liking. Once you approve the draft and production starts, no further changes can be made. Please note that changes are no longer possible once the topper is finalized and everything is glued down. All packages are sent via UPS & Via USPS
