Refund Policy. 

 Grad Cap Toppers/Graduation Lei

Graduation Cap Toppers Due to the custom-made nature of our graduation and cap topper products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items. Each order is uniquely created based on your specifications, making it non-resalable. Please ensure all details, such as measurements, colors, and designs, are accurate before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist! 

Placing an order

When placing an order, you have a two-business-day grace period to make any last-minute changes. After this period, we are unable to accept changes as your cap topper will move into production and be finalized. Before placing your order, please confirm with your school regarding any restrictions on colors or designs allowed for graduation attire. This ensures your cap topper complies with school guidelines. We encourage you to review your order carefully and reach out if you have any questions during the grace period. Thank you for understanding!

Design Change Policy 
If you wish to completely change your design after placing your initial order, a new order for a graduation cap topper will be required. Each topper is custom-made, and we cannot accommodate major design changes to existing orders once they are done

Design Approval Process

You will receive a draft of your graduation cap topper before production begins. Please review it carefully and ensure everything is to your liking. Once you approve the draft and production starts, no further changes can be made. Please note that changes are no longer possible once the topper is finalized and everything is glued down. We encourage you to double-check all details to ensure your design is perfect before approval. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Policy

All packages are sent via UPS & Via USPS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once your package is sent out, I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. Shipping times depend on the processing time and current wait times

Package Responsibility Policy

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they have been accepted by UPS or USPS. If an issue arises with your package, please contact UPS or USPS directly for assistance.
